Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the MataShop marketplace (matashop.shop and the MataShop app). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Sellers must complete any verification we reasonably require.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use via our Contact page. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity.
3. Listings, orders & pricing
- Product listings are provided by MataShop and by third-party sellers; the seller of record is shown on the listing where applicable.
- Prices are shown on the product page and in your local currency where available. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown at checkout.
- An order is a request to buy; a contract forms when the seller or MataShop accepts and confirms shipment.
- We may cancel orders in cases of pricing error, fraud suspicion, out-of-stock items, or payment problems, with a full refund where you were charged.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details. You agree to pay the amounts shown at checkout for orders you place.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to: use the service for unlawful purposes; list or purchase counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods; interfere with the platform's security, scraping systems, or APIs; submit false information; or exploit promotions inauthently.
6. Intellectual property
The MataShop name, logo and platform software are our property. Product content remains the property of the sellers who provide it, licensed to us for display on the marketplace. Report IP concerns to [email protected].
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
8. Returns & refunds
Refund and return rights are described in our Refund & Returns Policy and apply in addition to statutory consumer rights where applicable.
9. Changes & governing law
